Outstanding service and great quality products. From shoes to suits, pocket squares to sports coats, and cuff links to shirts, everything I have purchased has been outstanding and received compliments by colleagues, friends and strangers alike. Sam and his team from the CBD store are consumate professionals, both love and live their craft and their passion is one of the reasons I keep going back. Always a pleasure to stop by and pick up a key item for a big event or just a great piece for wearing around the office. The only problem I have encountered so far is finding a jacket they stock that I don't like. As a result the transaction account is getting a work out, but it is definitely worth it.

Amazing experience! Such amazing and kind staff! We bought some Italian ties here as we had a hiccup in quality with another business and wanted something beautiful! The staff helped us pick some beautiful options and we’re so thrilled with the customer service and genuine care for customers. Go to Urbbana if you want a great suit, especially if it's for a special occasion. It got my suit for wedding here and they put together an ensemble of accessories that looked and worked to perfectly to say no to. The staff are excellent and big thanks to them for their help. You will not be disappointed buying your perfect suit here.

Fantastic experience and Fantastic service from Aiden and Kaan. Came in to get a custom made suit and shoes for my wedding and it was everything I wanted and more. I wanted something different with my outfit so it didn’t look the same as every other suit out there and these guys really came through giving my outfit that personal touch. Legit if you can think of it they can do it ! Well done guys

Today my partner Carrie and myself , visited the store which she had walked past many times before and was impressed , but never visited. We were looking to dress me in a manner fitting a family wedding in Hamburg in 6 days time. After looking elsewhere , nothing was “wow” enough for me to match her beautiful sequinned Red dress. Kent came to my rescue … he skilfully picked an outfit which fitted my price point as well as pushed my fashion boundaries… the end result was stylish , edgy and fun. Including a broach instead of a tie 😎 Kent was extremely generous with his time and expertise…..he offered us a very enjoyable shopping experience. We will be back 🙏

Fabulous service: always. Sometimes you bump into some pretentious customers in there, and i really feel for the staff. It's great to find a shop where men can have fun with clothes: fabulous clothes!

I had a great experience with Jaz and the Urbbana team for my suit. If you're in the market for a custom women's suit, definitely check this place out. I came in with a tight deadline, little idea of exactly what I wanted, and a set budget. Jaz was not only accommodating with the timeline and budget but also made the design process straightforward and fun. Coming back after the suit arrived was another great experience, the attention to detail and commitment to a perfect fit were amazing. I love my new suit and will definitely come back for any future ones I need.
